WebThe cables are not too much of an issue with a digital signal as long as they have magnetic shielding and are under 10 meters, something that should be expected, not really a feature. Coax was the cable for the original spec for SPDIF, so in reality it should be used if you are pushing over 2 meters, but who really does that.
