It's an easy to follow path through the woods that goes straight up the fall line and stays almost entirely below the trees. WebStarting out at the Timberline Lodge, follow the snowshoe trail as it starts up the mountain, sticking to the snowcat tracks and off of the groomed snow where skiers and snowboarders are likely to come zipping down.

WebThis is a snow show that descends from Timberline to Government Camp via the Glade Trail. The Glade trail was constructed in 1947 as part of the Timberline Lodge complex. It partially adopted the oldest ski trail on Mt Hood, the Blossom Trail, which predated all commercial skiing and which is believed to have supported skiing as early as 1888.
