WebThe Recreational Therapy trip usually consists of camping, hiking, canoeing, and enjoying a camp fire. There is no expectation to discuss or disclose your own personal story. The trip is led by trained recreation staff and staff of The Haven. There is a required informational session that all participants must attend prior to the trip. WebThe first option requires a bachelor’s degree in recreational therapy, completion of a supervised internship of at least 560 hours, and passing an exam. The other options also require passing an exam, but allow candidates with a bachelor’s degree in an unrelated subject to qualify with various combinations of education and work experience.
