She complained of poor service, rudeness from the staff, poor quality food and all seats booked for shows in the theatre. However it was near capacity with 5,000 passengers.

Releasing passengers by deck would be more sensible. A suggested list of improvements: • No bathrobes (we purchased some at £20.00 each!) • Not enough glasses (we had to ask for more)

We were the further inside cabin available on deck 11. Iona has some inside cabins which are a standard rectangle shape and some which are a square shape. The general style and amenities in both styles are the same. We stayed in a standard rectangular cabin.
