Witryna9.3.3 Sections 12 to 15 contain terms that are implied in a contract for the sale of goods. Some are implied conditions, others implied warranties. Except as provided for by sections 14 and 15, there is no implied term about the quality or fitness for any particular purpose of goods supplied under a contract of sale (section 14(1)).
