Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit) I installed a NEW HP printhead last October and now (April) the printer is not recognizing the print head. Keeps throwing errors to turn off then turn on then contact HP. WebFeb 22, 2024 · I reseated the printhead one time and the printer worked until next day, when the same error appeared. I followed HP’s troubleshooting steps 1. reset printer 2. reseat printhead 3 times 3. updating firmware, but no luck. I’ve disassembled the printhead and cleaned the contacts on PC board.
