Should be a good match to your ~9.3:1 CR and 2500 converter. It's a pretty tame cam for a 406 - and it should be an absolute torque monster for your stoplight-to-stoplight intended usage. I have used their products including their entire cam kit with the Mushroom Tappets and the entire cam kit. It was a great product. But that was in the 53-68 era.
