WebAlliance can simply take the boat out of Rut'theran village at Teldrassil, or a portal to the Exodar from the temple of the moon in Darnassus. for Horde, it's quite tricky to get here, the only way would be to raid the boat between rut'theran and Valaar's berth. the portal to Exodar is alliance only. and you can't fly over to the isles.
