Down arrow not scrolling
WebSo for instance I can go to Settings > Picture. And then scroll right for the sub-item Picture > Picture Mode. But cant actually select Picture Mode to change it. Or cant scroll down to Picture > Expert Settings since it is the menu item under Picture Mode. I cant factory reset the TV either - because I cant access the settings to do so. WebYesterday I noticed that my down arrow isn’t working. Not on safari or chrome. But if I go to my Home Screen it works to go to the application windows. So the arrow key works, it just isn’t working to scroll down on the internet. Anyone know how to fix this?
