To add to what member wallynm has said, I think that you might have to make sure that the seat belts you install have to be "extra long", as they have to reach up from the floor to the seating area. This is a longer distance than is required for most automotive applications.

After doing some digging it seems that isn't necessarily recommended if the RV wasn't built for them though as they won't have anchors to properly (and safely) mount the seat belt onto.
