WebIn the classroom, we do brain and body breaks regularly. Everyone needs sometime to move around and/or mentally let off some steam so that the ability engage is reignited. This teaching method can be applied to students, who should have the opportunity throughout a class period to move around to take "brain breaks" to refocus their attention so they can learn new material.
